Pomegranates are in season and an excellent addition to more cocktails than I have time to drink (shocking, right?). And besides the fresh, bitter sweet juice to use as an ingredient, there is also a delicious pomegranate liqueur called Pama that I've been adding to almost everything but my cereal. You know my weakness for tequila, so here's a fall version of the Margarita. Pomegranate Margarita 2-3 ounces tequila 1 ounce fresh pomegranate juice 1 ounce Pama liqueur 1.5 ounces homemade sweet and sour Squeeze of one lime and lemon wedge Salted rim (optional but wise)
