Summer is here and nothing is tastier than a fruity cocktail. With this one we cheated a little bit by not using raspberry simple syrup to flavor plain vodka, and going straight to raspberry flavored vodka. You'll enjoy either version- just remember plenty of ice. Raspberry Mint Vodka 2 ounces raspberry vodka 2 ounces tonic water 5 mint leaves
Directions: Use a martini shaker to muddle the mint with the vodka. Strain the mixture into a glass with ice to catch the little mint pieces, and garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves.
