Pineapple Cider Cocktail ~ single serving 2 ounces Dole pineapple juice 2 ounces apple cider 2 ounces spiced rum ½ ounce orange liqueur ½ ounce cinnamon clove simple syrup ½ teaspoon grated lemon zest
Directions Combine the Dole pineapple juice, apple cider, simple syrup, and lemon zest in small pot. Heat until almost boiling. Allow to cool slightly, then add the rum and orange liqueur. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and fresh lemon zest if desired.
