Aperol Spritz Recipe

Do not let anyone tell you that an Aperol Spritz is a summer drink. It’s a four season drink period the end. Made with just four ingredients, this drink is a great brunch drink, lunch drink, and aperitif. In this video we’ll show you how we like to make it after enjoying them across southern Italy.

Aperol Spritz

1 – 2 ounces Aperol

4 – 5 ounces prosecco

1 – 2 ounces club soda

Orange slice

Rosemary sprig

Directions

Add ice to a wine glass. Pour in the Aperol, prosecco, and club soda. Add the orange slice and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
