We first heard about Wilderton while listening to BevNET’s Taste Radio. Brad Whiting and Seth O’Malley were already skilled beer makers who decided harness their talents and jump into distilling non alcoholic spirits. While we were in the Erewhon Calabasas store sampling our certified organic Margarita Mix, the demo table next to us was set up with a Wilderton display. Hooked on the the first sip, we brought some home and have been trying various mocktails ever since.
As many of you already know, our Margarita doubles as a sour mix and makes the most amazing sour recipe. You have to try this combination if you’re a fan of tart, aromatic drinks.
