Bob's Market Santa Monica
It just takes one grocery store to be the first to say "yes!" for the ball to start rolling and for us that was Bob's Market in Santa Monica. After producing a small batch of bottles last year, we hit the ground running, looking for small mom and pop shops that might be open to a new brand like ours. For those who live in the areas of Santa Monica, Venice, and Mar Vista, Bob's Market is a neighborhood gem that's know for it's incredible customer service, expansive deli department, and above all, Aisle 1. And if you've stepped foot in the highly curated wine and spirit section, you've certainly come in contact with legend Rick Rosenbloom. Rick has worked at Bob's for several decades and is deeply knowledgeable about everything single category, from bitters to bourbon to Bordeaux.

The real estate on the shelves at Bob's Market is tight and Rick was already fully stocked with the usual suspects (all high in sugar and low on actual juice). We gave Rick and his colleague Mike each a sample bottle and assured them that this was no regular Margarita Mix. We encouraged the resident connoisseurs to try our mix not just in a Margarita, but with whiskey too. When we stopped back in a week later, the first case order was placed and we had ourselves our first grocery account.
We're so grateful to Rick and his team for taking a chance on us, and for opening the door to the world of grocery.
