1.5 oz Cointreau

Directions
In a measuring pitcher, muddle the strawberries and jalapeño with the tequila until the produce has broken apart and the tequila has taken on a nice greenish red hue. Strain into your martini shaker that’s filled with ice. Add the Margarita mix and Cointreau, and shake well. Strain into a glass filled with ice.

Tequila Sour Martini
4 oz Santaleeza tequila
1 oz This Girl Walks Into a Bar Margarita Mix
¾ oz simple syrup

Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and pour into a martini glass served up. Garnish with a lime wheel and serve.

Cilantro Cucumber Margarita
2 oz tequila
2 oz This Girl Walks Into a Bar Margarita Mix
1 oz Cointreau
Small handful cilantro
3 – 4 cucumber slices
Tajín or salted rim if desired

Directions
In a measuring pitcher, muddle the cilantro and cucumber with the tequila until the produce has broken apart and the tequila has taken on a nice green hue. Strain into your martini shaker that’s filled with ice. Add the Margarita mix and Licor 43, and shake well. Strain into a glass filled with ice.

Carajillo Cocktail

Hot Version
1.5 oz Licor 43
3 oz Coffee
1 oz cream

Cold Version
1.5 oz Licor 43
3 oz Coffee – preferably chilled

Directions
If you’re making a hot drink, just combine the Licor 43 and coffee in a preheated cup or mug. If you’re making the cold version, fill a rocks glass or double old fashioned with ice. Add the Licor 43 and pre-chilled coffee, then stir.

Madras Cocktail
2 oz Vodka
2 oz cranberry juice
2 oz orange juice

Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and pour into a stemless wine glass or double old fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange wheel and serve.

2 oz tequila
2 oz This Girl Walks Into a Bar Margarita Mix
1.5 oz Cointreau
1 – 2 jalapeño slices
3 – 4 cucumber slices
Tajín or salted rim if desired

El Cajon Cocktail
1 Modelo or Mexican beer
1.5 oz tequila
1 oz pineapple juice
1.5 oz This Girl Walks Into a Bar Margarita Mix
2 – 3 dashes hot sauce
Lime wedge garnish.

Directions
In a martini shaker filled with ice, combine all the ingredients except for the beer. Shake well and pour into a chilled pint glass or high ball. Slowly add the well-chilled beer, garnish with a lime wedge, and serve.

Spicy Margarita Mocktail
1 teaspoon – 1 tablespoon agave
2 oz This Girl Walks Into a Bar Margarita Mix
1 half of an orange
1 jalapeño slice
2 – 3 oz club soda
Tajín or salted rim if desired

Directions
In a measuring pitcher or glass, muddle the jalapeño in the Margarita mix until the jalapeño has broken apart. Strain into a martini glass and fill with ice. Add the orange juice and agave and shake well to mix. Strain into glass filled with ice and top with club soda. Stir well and serve.

Mexican Coffee
1.5 oz tequila
1 oz Kahlua
4-5 oz coffee
Whipped cream
Chocolate shavings

Directions
Warm up your coffee cup with hot water. Once the outside is warm to the touch, add the tequila, Kahlua, and coffee. Drop a dollup of whipped cream on the top and add a sprinkling of chocolate shavings on top.

Tequila Sunrise
1.5 oz tequila
1 oz fresh orange juice
¾ oz grenadine

Directions
Fill a glass with ice. Add the orange juice and tequila and stir to mix. Slowly pour the grenadine down the inside of a glass or over a spoon.
