Basic Bar Bites: Chili on Christmas Eve

Growing up, our family tradition was to eat chili on Christmas Eve, chase it down with a box of See's candies, and then dive full-throttle into present opening. Things haven't changed too much. Now that I have my own family we save present opening for Christmas morning and have replaced skip the chocolates with a great bottle of wine. But the chili has and will remain our official meal of Christmas Eve. What are your family meal traditions for Christmas Eve? We'd love to hear about them!
