National Bourbon Day Cocktails

Bourbon Sour
2 oz bourbon
2 oz This Girl Walks Into a Bar Margarita Mix (doubles as a sour mix)
Craft maraschino cherry
Directions
Fill a double old fashioned glass with ice. Add the bourbon followed by This Girl Walks Into a Bar Margarita Mix. Drop a craft maraschino cherry in and serve.
Mint Julep
2 oz bourbon
¾ oz simple syrup
Muddled mint
Mint sprig garnish
Directions
Crush a cup and half of ice between two kitchen towels using a meat tenderizer or whatever you’ve got on hand – a hammer will do well too – just be careful about the surface between.
Paper Plane
1 oz bourbon
1 oz amaro
1 oz Aperol
1 oz lemon juice
Lemon peel garnish
Directions
Fill a martini shaker with ice and add all the ingredients. Shake well to mix and pour into a double old fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon peel and serve.
Black Manhattan
3 oz bourbon
1 oz amaro
3-4 dashes bitters
Directions
Fill a martini shaker with ice and add all the ingredients. Shake well to mix and pour into a martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a cherry and serve.
