Proud Teacher Cocktail

Proud Teacher
3 oz vodka
¾ oz apple schnapps (more if you want a sweeter drink)
1 oz This Girl Walks Into a Bar Margarita Mix
Dried green apple garnish or cherry

Directions
Fill a martini shaker with ice and add all of the liquid ingredients. Shake well to mix and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with an apple slice and serve.

2 oz rum
1 oz grapefruit juice
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz This Girl Walks Into a Bar Margarita Mix
½ oz vanilla syrup
Pineapple garnish

Directions
Fill a martini shaker with ice and add all of the liquid ingredients. Shake well to mix and strain into a highball glass. Garnish with an apple slice and serve.

1 oz amaro
½ oz lemon juice
3-4 dashes orange bitters

Directions
Fill a martini shaker with ice and add all of the ingredients. Shake well to mix and strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice.

Last Day of School Cocktail

2 oz gin
1 ½ oz tonic water
1 oz watermelon juice
½ lime juice
Muddled mint

Directions
Combine the mint and the gin in a glass or measuring pitcher. Mddle the mint until the gin takes on a light green hue. Strain into a martini shaker filled with ice. Add the watermelon juice, lime juice, and ice and shake well to mix. Strain into a double old fashioned glass filled with ice. Top off with the tonic water. Garnish with watermelon balls and a mint sprig.
